How It Works

1. A renter requests your item

2. Their identity is verified before you accept

3. Payment is secured before the rental begins

4. After the rental, funds are released to your account

5. Both parties leave reviews

Dispute Resolution

If an issue arises, contact the renter through our messaging system first. If unresolved, our support team will mediate and help reach a fair outcome.

Liability Waiver

A standard liability waiver is available for download. We recommend having renters sign it for high-value items.
